Jodi is the driving force behind ProGen’s transition from a local electrical firm into a multi-office industry leader. He has spent over a decade refining the company and expanding its capabilities.

As Managing Director, Jodi focuses on the big picture, ensuring the company continues to grow profitably while expanding its footprint. He believes that a business is only as strong as its people, and he takes immense pride in the 100-strong team that drives ProGen forward.

Beyond the boardroom, Jodi is rarely one to sit still. He’s a believer in staying active to keep his mind sharp, whether that’s through boxing training or heading out for a run. Even when he’s off the clock, Jodi’s passion for business doesn't switch off - he loves the challenge of building something from the ground up and is always looking for the next opportunity.

As Operations Director, Steve is the architect of ProGen’s daily activities, ensuring that the company’s complex projects across multiple sectors move from concept to completion. For Steve, the highlight of his career has been joining the ProGen leadership team; he is a firm believer that professional milestones are never the result of a single individual, but rather the collective "hard yards" put in by a dedicated team. He finds it both rewarding and humbling to lead a workforce that displays such resilience and commitment, especially during the challenging weekends and late nights that high-level engineering often demands.

Steve thrives in the fast-paced environment of the business, where no two days are ever the same. To Steve, the most fulfilling part of his role is watching the team’s hard work translate into real-world results for their clients.

If you’re looking for Steve on holiday, don’t check the poolside - a man of constant motion, he rarely sits still for more than twenty minutes before heading out to explore, usually returning with a recommendation for the best local eatery or hidden gem. Steve is a lover of the outdoors and most sports, including motorsport, and enjoys spending his downtime with family, friends, and the family dogs.

He also harbours a rather unique Sunday night ritual: watching fishing programmes on YouTube. While he doesn’t actually own a rod, the hobby is a nostalgic nod to his childhood summers exploring rock pools in Dorset. At home, he claims his most "exceptional talent" is finding creative ways to annoy his wife and embarrass his daughter—a role he takes just as seriously as his Directorship.
